Description
A potent herbal drink combining garlic, ginger, eucalyptus or tea tree oil, cayenne pepper, lemon and honey, taken to combat respiratory infections.

Preparation & Use
In a cup, combine crushed garlic (adjust quantity to tolerance), about a quarter teaspoon finely grated ginger, one drop of eucalyptus or tea tree essential oil, a quarter to half teaspoon cayenne pepper, juice of half to one lemon and about a teaspoon of honey. Mix into roughly a third of a cup of hot water. Drink the mixture warm three times a day during illness, usually for two to three days.
