Preparation & Use
Grate fresh or frozen ginger and place the pulp in a cloth. Fold the cloth into a flat poultice and apply it to the painful joint. Secure with a bandage. Apply in the evening for 30 minutes to overnight; the skin may become hot if there is inflammation. Remove if it becomes uncomfortable and repeat nightly as needed.
